Suggestions for ITC Poster, 2017

Please make any suggestions here for things we can show on a SJTAG poster at ITC this year.

Some suggestions that have come up over the past week or so:

• Configurations (Target level, device/subsystem/system...)
• Target Test and Diagnosis (w/ w/o re use test...)
• Data collection (Result/Diagnosis Data...)
• Data Analysis (For decision/further test and diagnosis...)
• Timeline for getting to an issued standard
• Scope, Purpose, Need as bullet points
• Advertise for participation
• Demonstrate current participation (list companies that are represented on group)
• Diagnostics support
• Hand-off to other standards
• Test re-use through assembly hierarchy
• Black-box vs White-box test

To expand on the outline for the poster, I'd suggest we include:

• a definition for "system" (to be commented on / picked apart by the audience
• Configurations (Target level, device/subsystem/system...) <-- anybody have a suitable drawing(s) ?
• show the "SJTAG Universe" Venn diagram (mentioning that there are additional layers of concern, such as security)
• list some use cases http://wiki.sjtag.org/index.php?title=Volume_2
• list capabilities that potentially would need to support be supported / concerns that need to be addressed in an SJTAG standard
  • Target Test and Diagnosis (w/ w/o re use test...)
  • Data collection (Result/Diagnosis Data...)
  • Data Analysis (For decision/further test and diagnosis...)
  • Diagnostics support
  • Hand-off to other standards
  • Test re-use through assembly hierarchy

• draft purpose, in bullet points
• draft need, in bullet points

• List of currently participating companies
• Call for participation / link to provide feedback

In addition to the poster, perhaps we should update the flyer (http://files.sjtag.org/Publications/SJT ... _v1.21.pdf) Ian mentioned and have it available as handout.

To follow up on Heiko's post, the outline layout under consideration is (roughly) this:

It'd be good to update the brochure too, but it's maybe a challenge in itself as there's probably quite a bit of wording that'd need altered.
