SASI/SCSI as a standard transformation API

Post by Ian McIntosh »

Peter had suggested this during the September 23, 2019 meeting as a possible option, and which has some additional features to support security methods. I've extracted elements from emails that Peter sent me and include them here for ease of reference:

"Please see the stack for implementing SCSI in its different forms, as you can see the security features are available for all commands:"

"I have attached 3 very simple slides, the first is the block showing a simple transformation block, were the input data can be used to set the block up. Or pass through to the next transformation block in the system or be delivered out as test vectors for that level."

"I have shown a sample list of commands and 6 byte command block, to show the flow:"
