I'm not really a great fan of several different documents on a single theme, I'd rather see a single document encompassing all. Having said that if we constrained ourselves to an electronic document format with hyperlinks to the separate subjects then this may be the way to go. This could also apply...

Personally I'm against email participation - I think many of the discussions need to be interactive at the time of raising and it slows down any conclusions having to wait on solicited email responses.

I think that we should keep to the IEEE TTSC policy.
